Stiff Neck Studio, owned by Wes Cogdal holds miniature painting workshops at their dedicated classroom in Alabama, United States (US).

High Ground Hobbies, in Madison, AL, combines both gaming and painting to offer a full hobby experience!

They offer everything you need to learn new techniques and to push your miniatures to a new level alongside personal coaching.

What classes are offered?

Wes and Stiff Neck Studio offers concentrated sessions – two hour workshops, on pushing specific techniques and improving particular concepts or effects.

Some examples include ‘Weathering and War’ – a course on weathering military armour, weapons and vehicles; as well as a ‘Paint as a Pro’ workshop on improving realism in your miniatures and dioramas, such as blood, gore and slime.

Alongside these, they have monthly paint meet ups, so you can work on painting up your army whilst chatting with friends!
